1. General rental rules

Upon receiving the equipment, the renter assumes full responsibility for its safekeeping and technical condition throughout the entire rental period.

The renter is obliged to:

  • Return the equipment on time, in accordance with the specified rental end time.
  • If the rental period exceeds the previously agreed time, the renter is obliged to pay for the additional usage time according to the provider's current rates for the entire overdue period. (In case of early return of the equipment, the funds for the unused time are not refunded.)
  • Return the complete set of equipment, including all accessories issued together with the vehicle (helmets, keys, etc.).

Transport can be booked in advance for a date convenient for you. All details by phone.

Deposits

To arrange a rental, the renter must leave a deposit for each unit of equipment in one of the following ways:

The following are accepted as a deposit:

  • passport of a citizen of Ukraine or ID card,
  • driver's license,
  • international passport,
  • cash deposit — the amount depends on the type of equipment:
    • electric moped — UAH 4000,
    • electric scooter or Segway — from UAH 1000 to 4000,
    • bicycle — UAH 1000.

The deposit is returned only after the renter has fully settled with the rental point and the equipment has been checked for working condition, cleanliness and completeness of the set.

Damage and loss

  1. In case of damage to the equipment, the renter is obliged to reimburse the rental point for the full cost of repair.
  2. If the damaged equipment cannot be repaired, the renter keeps it for their own use and undertakes to buy a new one for the rental point.
  3. In case of loss of all or part of the equipment, the renter is obliged to purchase a new one or reimburse the rental point for its full cost.

2. Safety rules when riding an electric bike / electric scooter / bicycle / Segway hoverboard

  1. Always follow the instructor's directions, as well as the rules and recommendations provided during the briefing.
  2. Before using the equipment, make sure it is in working order and safe to operate.
  3. While riding, always keep both hands on the handlebars and both feet on the platform.
  4. Start braking in advance, avoid sudden stops.
  5. When making a turn or U-turn, make sure there are no people or obstacles around.
  6. Ride only in permitted areas, follow signs and road markings.

IT IS PROHIBITED:

  1. Exceeding the maximum permitted load is prohibited. The permissible limits are:
    • up to 220 kg — for a two-seater electric moped,
    • up to 150 kg — for a single-seater electric moped,
    • up to 120 kg — for an electric scooter and Segway hoverboard.
    ❗ Exceeding these limits leads to an increased risk of accidents, equipment failure and loss of control over the vehicle. In case of equipment damage due to exceeding the permitted load, the renter bears full financial responsibility in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
  2. Riding while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
  3. Riding onto lawns, flowerbeds, green spaces and paving stones.
  4. Riding without a helmet. Signing the helmet waiver means that you assume responsibility for the safety and health of yourself or your child.
  5. Handing over the equipment to third parties who have not undergone the briefing.
  6. Aggressive, dangerous or extreme operation of the equipment.
  7. Riding near bodies of water or in high-risk areas.
  8. Obstructing the movement of animals or chasing them.
  9. Deliberate collision with vehicles, people or any obstacles that causes harm to any party is strictly prohibited.

Such actions are punishable by a fine starting from UAH 1000, as well as the obligation to fully reimburse the cost of all damage caused to the equipment, third parties or property.
